Cycling consulting · Hotels · Destinations · Events
I help hotels, destinations and events design cycling experiences, services and partnerships that feel authentic for riders and sustainable for your team.
Cycling consulting by Bike o'Clock
Many places want to speak to cyclists: a bike room, a few routes on the website, maybe a partnership with a local event. But the difference between a basic offer and something riders talk about is in the details, the coherence and the way everything connects.
My role is to help you define what makes sense for your context, design the services and experiences around that, and support you in making it work in real life – for guests, riders and your internal team.
What we can work on
Bike hotel & offers
Clarify your positioning for cyclists and design concrete stays, packages and services that fit your level of ambition and seasonality.
Routes & experiences
Build a coherent library of routes (road, gravel, MTB), guided options and practical information that feels natural for guests and your staff.
Partnerships & events
Structure relationships with local guides, events, brands and destinations so collaborations are clear, balanced and long-term.
Typical projects
Review of current offer, definition of a clear cycling positioning, bike room and workshop concept, ride library, packages and partnerships with guides and events.
Help a region, tourism office or event organiser structure how cycling fits into their story: routes, partners, accommodation, key dates and on-site experiences.
Process
1. Audit & direction
We map your current situation: facilities, staff, routes, partners, communication and constraints. Then we define a clear direction.
2. Design
Together we design the concrete pieces: services, packages, route library, on-site flow and partner roles.
3. Implementation
I support you in putting things in place: internal guidelines, partner agreements, content and first activations on the ground.
Next step
Send me a short description of your hotel, destination or event and what you would like to achieve. I’ll come back with a first idea of how we could structure the work and we see if it fits.
